As mentioned in previous posts, the artist Diana Challis will be there. Please don’t miss out on her work. I feel extremely lucky to have laid eyes on it, as it just might be the best semi-precious craftsmanship I’ve ever seen. You’ll want to be there believe me.

Hello People and Dear Californians!!
Hello guys! A bit of a long time no see, huh? I have some pretty neat news though hahaha.
This week I was pleasantly surprised through a conversation with my professor that she creates jewelry in addition to her job as an educator.
We chatted a bit and I was honored enough to be able to see some of her work. This stuff is VERY beautiful, much of it absolutely stunning. Wire-working and designing is often a challenge, but I shouldn’t be surprised that she has this ability. Her work is based off of the stars, galaxy, and other elements of the universe. I’m hoping to be able to upload some pictures of her work later on.
Anyway, this post isn’t just to let you know that I was able to chat with a talented craftswoman, but also to include some exciting new events.
Canada Fashion College is hosting an art festival today (I know, I’m kicking myself for not being able to post this sooner ; __ ; but this is connected to other similar events) in which these semi-precious wire work pieces are being showcased.
